About Us

Yellowtag was born in 1999 out of a 'lost and found' business project by a team of MBA graduates from Bath University.

The concept was developed into an innovative email messaging system that enabled instant and direct contact between the finder and the owner without compromising the confidentiality of the owner. In 2005 we enhanced our offering by creating a bespoke telephone based multi-lingual call transfer service. We have found the service to be a rewarding and invaluable customer experience for both parties.

The unique business advantage of this system is its infinite scalability at a very little incremental cost. The system works worldwide as it is based on SMS, email and the internet. We have the resources, capacity and enthusiasm to extend our unique services to business partners and clients throughout the UK in very short timescales.
